KIEV (RIA Novosti): The Ukrainian authorities received the first batch of additional security assistance from the US government , the press service of Ukraine’s defense ministry said on Sunday .

The Ministry of Defense added that since 2014, Ukraine has received logistical support from the United States totaling more than two billion dollars.
“The provision of additional security assistance from the US government to the Armed Forces of Ukra-ine is another testament to the inviolable strategic par-tnership between our sta-tes,” the Defense Ministry added.
