MOSCOW (RIA Novosti): Taliban leader Khaybatul-lah Akhundzada will head the Afghan government , Tolo News reported.
“There should be no doubts about this,” the TV channel quoted Anamulla Samangani, a member of the Commission for the Cu-lture Movement, as saying.
Earlier, a high-ranking member of the Taliban military commission told RIA Novosti that the formation of a new government would be announced on September 3.
