Putin spoke about plans to create conditions under which citizens of Russia , China and the SCO countries feel safe regardless of what is happening in Afghanistan.
“On a bilateral basis with China, we will actively continue this work, a dialogue has been established between the relevant structures,” Putin said, referring to the situation in Afghanistan and work to normalize it.
“And in general, within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, we will do this by allocating the necessary resources and creating all conditions for our citizens, citizens of our countries to feel safe, regardless of what is happening in Afghanistan,” he said.
It is necessary to unfree-ze Afghan assets, says Putin.
