KIEV (Agencies): Mem-bers of the British Royal Armed Forces arrived in Ukraine for the country’s Independence Day parade, which is celebrated on 24 August. This was reported by the press service of the diplomatic mission of the UK in Ukraine.
In honor of the 30th anniversary of the country’s independence, a parade is planned, which is prepared both on land and on water.
“British military arrived in Ukraine to witness the s-upport and friendship betw-een our two countries, both on the ground and in the sky” – said on a Twitter.
The diplomatic mission calls on the audience “not to miss the chance” to see the march of the Royal Cavalry Regiment, the “virtuoso performance of the British Army Orchestra” and the flight of “the majestic Typhoon fighters of the Royal Air Force over Kiev.”
