MOSCOW: On December 6, in Moscow, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Vershinin met with the President of the IFRC and KP F. Rokka, who is in Moscow in connection with the International Forum “#MYVMESTE”. The meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Russian Red Cross P.O. Savchuk.
The clocks were checked on topical issues of interaction with this authoritative humanitarian organization, which unites the national societies of the Red Cross and Red Crescent. Prospects for strengthening cooperation between Russia and IFRC and KP were considered. The issues of improving the humanitarian situation, delivery of aid and vaccines from Covid-19 to the needy population in various countries of the world, including Venezuela, Afghanistan, Palestine, Syria, were touched upon.
